Alicia dosh-Eller, RYT-200

Alicia has been practicing vinyasa yoga since 2009 and coming to Victory Power Yoga since its opening in 2018. What began as a practice to help with the aches associated with pregnancy, yoga has become so much more to her. Now she can attest to not only the physical health benefits of yoga, but also the mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits too.

Her favorite yoga asana is the hip-opening Half Pigeon because, within this deep stretch, you can find ease with breath and patience- just as you can with other discomforts in life. There are also so many variations of this particular posture available to explore.

She received her RYT 200 in March of 2023 from Dancing Dogs Yoga in affiliation with VPY. Each of her classes encompasses mindfulness and an opportunity to check in with oneself.

Alicia also holds a Masters of Public Health degree and works as a Health Educator where she enjoys teaching wellness classes such as meditation, stress management, sleep health, and others at worksites in the area. She lives in Clayton with her husband, sons, and pets. In addition to yoga, Alicia enjoys traveling, gardening, volunteering at her kidโ€™s schools, and spending time with family- especially at the beach.
